Attorney David Lin Joins Smith Moore Leatherwood

ATLANTA – Smith Moore Leatherwood is pleased to announce the addition of attorney David Lin to its Atlanta office. Lin joins the firm’s Transportation Industry Group. 

In his new role, Lin’s practice focuses on representing clients in the transportation industry, including commercial motor vehicle companies and motor carriers, drivers, specialty haulers, bus lines and motor coaches, emergency and non-emergency transportation providers and insurers. He has experience defending these clients in all aspects of litigation involving injuries, fatalities and property damage. Lin has defended these matters from moments after the collision through resolution of the claims or lawsuits.

Lin is a member of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA), the Korean American Bar Association of Georgia (KABA-GA), the Atlanta Bar Association (ABA), the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association (GDLA). He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and Emory University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2013.
