Matthew
Creech
Matt Creech is licensed in both North Carolina and Georgia, and his practice is focused on: ERISA and life, health and disability insurance litigation; employment litigation and counseling; and commercial litigation. Matt has extensive experience practicing before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina. He also handles matters in North Carolina Superior Court, the North Carolina Business Court, and Georgia federal courts.
Prior to joining Smith Moore Leatherwood, Matt gained valuable experience during his three-year federal clerkship in the Middle District of North Carolina. He clerked two years for United States Magistrate Judges Wallace W. Dixon, Russell A. Eliason, and P. Trevor Sharp, and clerked his final year for United States District Judge N. Carlton Tilley, Jr.
