Cunningham
Corporate, Start-up and Growth Companies: Matt Cunningham has a varied corporate practice, representing companies across each stage of their corporate lifespan. Mr. Cunningham has experience advising companies regarding choice-of-entity formation matters, as well as converting and amending corporate entities and venture forms to accommodate the varying needs of each transaction. He also has experience representing both purchasers and sellers in various corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Real Estate Finance: Mr. Cunningham represents landlords, developers and financial institutions at the local and national levels in a variety of real estate transactions. He has particular experience in affordable housing finance transactions, as well as land acquisition transactions, leasing matters and other facets of the commercial real estate practice.
