Martin
N.
Erwin
A trial attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience, Martin Erwin devotes his practice to labor and employment law on a state and national level.
He began his career in 1968 as an insurance defense lawyer, defending numerous personal injury cases as well as a high volume of workers' compensation cases. Since then, Mr. Erwin's labor and employment matters have required full-time attention. Perhaps the most significant source of satisfaction to him, however, has been the role he has played in assisting clients to avoid litigation in the first place.
