Lisa Garrison works with a wide variety of industries and issues in her litigation practice.  She handles complex commercial litigation and significant personal injury cases.

Ms. Garrison regularly defends hospitals and health care professionals – including physicians, nurses, and therapists – in professional liability litigation and claims.  She has handled dozens of cases at every stage of litigation, from within days of the incident through jury verdict and appellate review.  She also advises health care clients on a variety of operational issues.

Ms. Garrison has counseled clients on antitrust matters and handled antitrust cases in state and federal courts, including allegations of unlawful conspiracies (Sherman Act Section 1), abuse of monopoly/monopsony power, predatory pricing, exclusive dealing, dealer termination, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.  She also has extensive experience handling complex product liability/MDL litigation.
