Lisa Garrison works with a wide variety of industries and issues in her litigation practice.

Ms. Garrison regularly defends hospitals and health care professionals – including physicians, nurses, and therapists – in professional liability litigation and claims.  She has handled dozens of cases at every stage of litigation, from within days of the incident through jury verdict and appellate review.  She also advises health care clients on a variety of operational issues.

Ms. Garrison has counseled clients on antitrust matters and handled antitrust cases in state and federal courts, including allegations of unlawful conspiracies (Sherman Act Section 1), abuse of monopoly/monopsony power, predatory pricing, exclusive dealing, dealer termination, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

She also has substantial experience handling product liability litigation. For example, she has defended manufacturers in North and South Carolina in MDL orthopaedic bone screw and diet drug litigation, working from the earliest stages through appellate review.
