The next NAI Carolantic Realty’s monthly meeting, to be held on October 2nd 2014, will showcase Smith Moore Leatherwood attorneys Clyde Holt, Beth Trahos, and David York from the Raleigh office. The discussion will focus on Raleigh’s new UDO rezoning procedures, the status of the City Planning Staff’s jurisdiction wide remapping effort, and they will answer questions NAI’s staff may have on these matters. Their plan: refer to a couple of specific properties in the area to illustrate examples of issues landowners are facing. This meeting will take place on at 9 a.m.
