Huggins
Ms. Huggins' practice focuses on providing legal services to sponsors of clinical research, academic medical centers and other institutions where federally funded and privately sponsored research is conducted, and to physician groups and contracting organizations involved with the development, performance, and oversight of clinical studies. She also counsels a variety of health care clients, including on a wide range of regulatory and operational matters, including the Anti-kickback Statute, Stark, corporate governance, and employment matters. She has represented clients in a number of compliance matters, including antitrust investigations and EMTALA investigations. Ms. Huggins is licensed in North Carolina and Georgia.
