Jochum
Erin E. Jochum is a member of the health care practice group in Raleigh. Ms. Jochum counsels individual physicians, physician groups and institutional clients on a wide range of issues, including fraud and abuse, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and HIPAA compliance. Prior to joining Smith Moore Leatherwood, she interned at The Cleveland Clinic and earned a concentration in health law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Ms. Jochum also earned a certificate in nonprofit management from the Case Western Reserve University's Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations.
