Laster
Christee Laster is a member of the firm's Healthcare Practice Group. Prior to joining Smith Moore Leatherwood, Christee practiced with a Healthcare firm in Boston. Christee is also a Registered Pharmacist, licensed to practice in Georgia. Christee's practice primarily involves clinical research issues and health care business and regulatory matters for hospitals, physician practice groups and other health care clients. Christee provides guidance regarding a variety of regulatory and corporate compliance matters including the Anti-kickback Statute, Stark Law, licensing and certification, and clinical trial procedures. She is also experienced with both the federal and state regulation of pharmacy practice.
