Laster
Christee Laster is a member of the firm's Healthcare Practice Group. Prior to joining Smith Moore Leatherwood, Christee practiced with a Healthcare firm in Boston. Christee is also a Registered Pharmacist, licensed to practice in Georgia. Christee advises clients regarding a variety of regulatory and corporate compliance matters including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and the federal and state regulation of pharmacy practice. Christee also provides medical device and pharmaceutical companies with guidance on FDA regulation compliance and assists sponsors and sites with a variety of clinical research issues, including the preparation, review and negotiation of research-related documents.
