Mr. McCall concentrates his practice in Litigation with a focus in Workers' Compensation. His litigation area is primarily as defense counsel for Insurance Carriers and Industry. His experience ranges from Product Liability, Trucking, and Accident Litigation to Business Litigation. In his Workers' Compensation experience, he has represented a variety of Carriers and Employers in this State from Zurich Insurance Co. to BASF Corporation. However, his work covers not only actual trial litigation in State Courts, but also the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals.
