Physician Practice Establishment and Management

Our health care team has the experience, industry knowledge, and business acumen to guide physician practices through the ever-changing health care business and regulatory environment and through all stages of their life cycles, from establishment to closure.  We count as clients all types and sizes of physician practices, from solo practitioners to large, multi-specialty practices.  Our goal with every physician practice client is to help establish and manage efficient, cost-effective business models that allow physicians to provide quality care to their patients while adhering to federal and state regulations and adequately compensating and incentivizing providers and staff.
