Harold Bynum maintains a practice in the corporate and administrative areas that has been focused in recent years on environmental, the regulation of alcoholic beverage and tobacco products, OSHA and other administrative matters at federal, state and local levels.
His environmental counseling and project management practice has included a wide variety of commercial and industrial transactions, site development, permitting, compliance, auditing and enforcement matters under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, RCRA, CERCLA, OSHA and other environmental and employment safety statutes.
Mr. Bynum also advises clients in the alcoholic beverage and tobacco products industries on the various compliance, excise tax and business issues that arise under federal statutes and under regulations of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and under state laws and regulations applicable to the manufacture, distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
