Prause
Marsh Prause is involved in the nationwide coordination of PCB litigation for Solutia, Inc. and his litigation experience includes the defense of a variety of claims brought by companies, individuals, and classes of individuals alleging personal injuries and/or property damage related to chemical substances. He also has experience defending private cost recovery actions under CERCLA and citizen suits under RCRA and the Clean Water Act. Mr. Prause's work routinely involves novel legal theories, emerging toxic tort issues, and related scientific concepts, including contaminant fate and transport modeling, medical monitoring, toxicological and epidemiological evidence of causation, and stigma damages.
