Faucher
James Faucher is a member of Smith Moore Leatherwood's litigation practice group in Greensboro. His statewide civil litigation practice focuses on insurance coverage and liability matters, personal injury litigation, commercial disputes and business litigation. Mr. Faucher has experience litigating in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina, including the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Business Court.
