Ezzell
Aimee Ezzell practices in the area of commercial and residential real estate development and is a member of the firm's Land Use and Government Relations Team. In her real estate development practice, Aimee represents developers of office, retail, industrial and residential projects. She assists clients with entity formation, the acquisition of raw and improved real estate, and the sale and leasing of planned commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Moreover, Aimee represents developers, builders, local governments, and advocacy groups in land use and municipal issues. Aimee regularly appears before City and County Councils, Planning Commissions and Boards of Adjustment concerning rezoning, site plans, special use permits, subdivisions, text amendments and code interpretation.
