The Real Estate Team works with a number of national corporations and industries in the development of initial sites and expansions in the state. We also represent national and regional lenders in North Carolina and in multi-state transactions, and our attorneys monitor current state and federal regulatory trends as they relate to real estate investment, finance, and development.
