Smith Moore Leatherwood’s Transportation Industry Group is hosting a North Carolina Trucking Association (NCTA) Seminar on regulations and accident reconstruction best practices. The Group will bring guests up to date on all the latest regulation changes that affect the trucking industry.

The seminar will cover Jury Research/Technology, which explains the methodology of conducting jury research with particular focus on the use of online technology and In-cab Technology as a Tool for Motor Carrier Safety and Accident Investigation Programs. Other topics that will be covered include electronic logging, entry level driver training, drug & alcohol clearinghouse and much more.
