Earp
Julie Theall Earp joined Smith Moore Leatherwood's litigation practice group in 1986. A partner who concentrates her practice in employment litigation, counseling, and training, Julie regularly litigates employment matters in both federal and state courts, as well as before the EEOC and the state and federal Departments of Labor. Since 2006, Julie has been recognized by Law & Politics Magazine as one of the "Top 50 Women" attorneys in North Carolina.
