Watt
Toby Watt has been practicing health care law for more than 20 years, representing hospitals, physician groups and various ancillary providers on a variety of health care matters. He has been significantly involved in managed care contracting and hospital and physician relationships (involving joint ventures, compensation arrangements, gainsharing, and other matters), compliance programs, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Watt also has extensive experience in tax exemption matters and has worked on the formation and operation of health care networks and MCOs and Georgia Hospital Authorities Law matters.
Mr. Watt has a long-standing background in helping devise innovative relationships between hospitals and physicians, and between hospitals and employed staff to address quality of care and to reward quality improvement.
